Pros: Very easy to use. just plug in the modem and play the driver. follow the directions, and your up and running. Doesn't take up alot of space. Also COMPATIBLE with Windows 7 32 bit. Don't know on 64 bit because i haven't tried it with that yet.

Cons: Would be nice if it came with instructions that had a troubleshooting guide in case there was trouble, and listed it's specs and operations in a more defined manner.

Other Comments: For $16 it did exactly what i needed to do. In fact,it did what most others 30, 40, and 50 dollar modems do. Really good deal if u have dial up and just need a modem for the connection.

Pros: Inexpensive...Works well, found by uindows 7 and all is well. The next best price was sears for $20 oplus shipping and then Microcenter and the like wanted $50 for similar products. Stinks that they don't include modems in newer laptops when you want to fax, dial-up (if necessary).

Cons: none yet!

Pros: Not only did the product have a great price,it's also high-quality, does what it's supposed to well. Best of all, the customer service is great: friendly, knowledgeable, patient with questions. I recommend Sewell without reservation.

Pros: I received my modem today. Installation on Windows 7 Premium was automatic. I had looked all over the net comparing and reading reviews. Sewell appeared to be the best choice for me. I didn't need the disk but I'm very glad it was included for my next laptop.

Cons: None so far and non anticipated.

Other Comments: I had looked all over the net comparing and reading reviews. Sewell appeared to be the best choice for me. I am Disabled and dial-up is all that is available without going Satellite in my local area.
