  • I just purchased a Sharp 46" HDTV. I'm wondering if this will hook up to that tv? I want to hear the sound of the Tv through the speakers.
    • Most televisions do not have an audio-out port, so you couldn't do it directly through the TV. However, depending on what your video source is, you should be able to connect this system to the audio out from the source. For example, if you're using a dvd player (or cable box or whatever else...) they will usually have an audio out port (usually the red and white RCA plugs). You could then use an adapter like the mini-stereo to RCA connector to connect it to the base transmitter. Hope that helps.

    • The speakers are 5" in diameter and about 10.5" high.

    • These speakers do have mounts so they can be hung from screws or nails on a wall. This part, part SW-7090, includes 2 of the Premium Wireless Indoor/Outdoor Speakers, the remote, and the transmitter unit.

    • Yes, you can use the included 3.5mm jack to connect to a computer speaker output.

  • Is the signal (music) broadcast in mono or stereo? Would broadcasting to multiple rooms (as in a Salon setting), require one or two speakers per room, for optimal sound reproduction? Is there a maximum number of "rooms" the transmitter can broadcast to, as long as they are all within 150' of the transmitter?
    • Yes this does broadcast stereo. If you are sending a stereo signal, it would sound best to have two speakers in each room, however if your source is mono, it will by default send all of the audio to each speaker. (which might sound better if you only have one speaker in each room) You shouldn't have a problem connecting multiple speakers, as long as they are, as you said, within range of the transmitter.
