• Would it be possible to wire the camera to the lights illuminating the rear license plate in liew of connecting to the reverse light circuit. Would the system would then be activated whenever the license lights were put on?
  • You could wire it to the license plate lighting and manually activate (and deactivate) the camera feed from the button on the monitor.

• Does the camera and screen activate when you put the car in reverse? If not, do I have to turn them on manually before reverse?
  • The instructions for wiring the camera are such that it will detect when the car has been put into reverse. When the camera sees that the car is in reverse it will turn on, which also causes the screen to turn on. You shouldn't need to do anything else to make it work or turn on.

• can you use two camera systems at once? Will they interfear with each other or is there a way to set the channels? Thanks
  • It should be fine to have two cameras mounted on separate vehicles, as it is rare that both vehicles would be in reverse at the same time. However, the cameras will interfere with each other if both of them are active at the same time. The result is that the display will get confused about which source it should read from.
