Pros: The 3.5 in. screen is a lot easier to see than the old 2.5 in., and a good deal easier to install. Cons: I found it necessary to order and install the "wired" option, simply because there seems to be just too much steel on my pickup for the "signal" to pass through. The picture was too shakey and unstable to even use, without holding the Monitor in my hand, and constantly move it to get the best picture. Also, not having the option of turning the system on without having the "backup" lights on is kind of a pain, since I got used to having that option with the old "wired" system. Other Comments: Once I bought the "wired option" cable, and installed it, the whole system is working great. However, I also came to the realization that, had I known, I could have got the 25 ft. shielded, 3 conductor, 1/8 in. plug, stereo headphone extension cable, along with the double female coupler, and the 90 degree plug adapter from Radio Shack for maybe $10 rather than the $25 I spent to purchase it from VR3, and I would have had it immediately, rather than having to wait two or three days for it to arrive. Overall, it is a great system, and I highly recommend it, especially for people who have to hook up to several different types of trailer. It sure saves having to get in and out of the vehicle half a dozen times to line up to the hitch. Now it's a snap to hook up first time - every time. I also strongly recommend "hard wiring" due to the fact that it has a lot better picture, and is a bunch more dependable, than going "wireless".

Pros: Easy installation and camera works as advertised. Good service & delivered on time.
Cons: Some static/at times. Other Comments: Installed 1st camera on my son's box truck. What a time saver when you have to pull several trailers each day and work alone. Worth it's weight in gold. The 2nd camera was installed on my avalanche, which is high in the rear. I love the vehicle and the camera makes it more relaxing to drive when you can see everything behind you.
