  • Can I use this to watch high def on my tv in the livingroom and keep my pc in the office? If so, do I need anything else. The living room and office do share a interior wall.
    • Yes, this item will work to show your PC display on your HDTV. It supports 720p and 1080i signals. In addition to this unit you would need to purchase the component video cable to go from the box to your TV and also an audio cable to carry the sound from your computer to your TV. You could use our 3.5mm Mini Stereo to RCA cable, SW-8536.

  • What are the major differences between this product and the Audio Authority VGA to Component, PC to HDTV Signal converter? Thanks!
    • This product is more forgiving of incoming resolutions. The audio authority only outputs exactly the resolution put into it, making it more difficult to use.
