Pros: The pro was that your company replaced the item that was originally purchased.

Cons: the con was that I got an item from your company that wasnt working at all when it was first sent to me and now i have to wait for a new one to get to me.

Pros: Easy setup - pretty much just plug and play. Instructions were clear, if a bit concise.

Cons: Only handles 4:3 ratios and won't even pretend to try others.

Other Comments: I expected it to work with my wide-screen resolution with either automatic stretching or truncation but it would not display at all until I switched to 4:3 ratio display. Which means it doesn't work well enough for the desktop computer with only one port (the pass through for the display worked fine). However, for the laptops, I was able to easily plug in to the external monitor port and extend my display on to it (which I defined as 1600x1200). TV screen display wasn't the crispest -- but I suspect it is my analog TV at fault there.

Pros: Easy to set up, includes all cables needed except audio cable, pretty straightforward to use. Not expensive compared to other VGA-to-TV converters I've seen. The component video output works well for newer/HDTV applications.

Cons: Instructions are pretty rudimentary and trouble-shooting hints don't cover all the potential problems - fortunately it's pretty intuitive. Picture looks pretty grainy when it displays the computer screen text, but works much better when it displays video.

Other Comments: I've had few difficulties getting it to work on a HDTV through component video connections as well as an older TV through the composite video connection. It ain't BlueRay, but the picture is as good as what you get from a regular DVD player on the HDTV and is nearly as good on the older tv through the composite connection. I'd recommend it.
