Bob - Good value for price

Pros: Easy setup - pretty much just plug and play. Instructions were clear, if a bit concise.

Cons: Only handles 4:3 ratios and won't even pretend to try others.

Other Comments: I expected it to work with my wide-screen resolution with either automatic stretching or truncation but it would not display at all until I switched to 4:3 ratio display. Which means it doesn't work well enough for the desktop computer with only one port (the pass through for the display worked fine). However, for the laptops, I was able to easily plug in to the external monitor port and extend my display on to it (which I defined as 1600x1200). TV screen display wasn't the crispest -- but I suspect it is my analog TV at fault there.

Pros: I have owned similar product where this is superior. Particulrly like the ease of use contol features and the remote.

Cons: Picure althouhg good is sutiable for extreme detail )probly need HDTV version)

Pros: Works fine and was the best deal as well as the most featured I could find on the web in that price range. Plus, being component (as well as other modes) it should be compatible with future TV's as well. Nice product.

Cons: No problems to report.

Pros: The pro was that your company replaced the item that was originally purchased.

Cons: the con was that I got an item from your company that wasnt working at all when it was first sent to me and now i have to wait for a new one to get to me.
