Using motion JPEG, MPEG4 and H.263 video compression, the VGA Broadcaster Lite lets you broadcast any VGA source over a local area network (LAN) or the Internet at a frame rate of 1-3fps.
Online Collaboration Made Simple. Epiphan’s VGA Broadcaster Lite lets you broadcast a VGA signal at resolutions up to 1600 x 1200 without modifying the source of the VGA signal. Simply connect its input to the source VGA signal and, as long as the VGA Broadcaster Lite has access to the Internet via its Gigabit Ethernet interface, you’re ready to start sharing your VGA stream with viewers around the world.
The VGA Broadcaster Lite is able to broadcast video in resolutions at up to 1600 x 1200 without any loss in quality or sharpness. The broadcasted video stream is then viewed with a media player such as QuickTime or VLC.
