Save tons of money and extend your DVI source up to 100 feet with a single Cat5 cable and this balun set. DVI cable is expensive, and without and active boosting solution like this one, can only travel 16 feet. Cat5 cable is thin and inexpensive, but is well equipped to send your DVI signal long distances when paired with this balun set.

Resolution Support

This extender will extend your DVI signal with a UGA resolution (up to 1024 x 768) over 100 feet, and will support a UXGA resolution (1600 x 1200) resolution over 33 feet.

Setup

Setting up this balun set is super easy. One unit plugs into your source's DVI output, and one unit plugs into your display's input, and a simple Cat5 patch cable of up to 100 feet connects the two. Either end can be used for sending or receiving.
