  • I need a serial input on my new Dell XPS 1330 with Vista, I tried an adapter cable from Radio Shack. It worked with some inputs but not the diagnostic programs I need it for. Some guy at Best Buty told me that there are different adapters (USB - Serial)Can you recommend something for me??
    • Chipsets will be important to you. You should find out what chipset the one that didn't work was. We have usb to serial adapters with prolifec or FTDI chipsets.
