The USB-COMi-M features a hardware switch (dip switch) that allows you to easily switch between RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485. A hardware switch makes it so that you don't have to mess with complicated software.
Industrial Design
This device is encased in a metal enclosure which includes a mounting bracket that you can use to neatly mount on a rack or to a wall. The metal enclosure protects it from extreme environments, and the device can run in temperatures up to 131 F (store at up to 167 F).
