  • I have a laptop and two additional monitors. Do I need two USB to DVI addaptors or will one control the laptop, plus the two external monitors?
    • Typically your laptop will have an integrated monitor ouput for one external screen, then one USB to DVI would drive the second external monitor. If you need a third external montior (or if you don't have a video out from the laptop) then you would want two USB to DVI adapters.

  • my new HP touchsmart runs on a windows 64bit system. do you have drivers in the works for this or is there a divice the I can buy that will give me video out from a usb port? Please Please help me.
    • Unfortunately, Windows 64-bit drivers are not available at this time. The chipset manufacturer is working on them, but they are not yet available. We do not have any USB video adapters like this that do support Windows 64. UPDATE: now with 64-bit support!

    • No. The USB to DVI adapter works as a standalone solution, and is all you need to add a second monitor.
