Pros: Worked great right out of box, no software needed. Runs quiet, great buy for the money.

Pros: Easy to assemble

Cons: power cable plug - individual wires separated from the plastic connector. drive is not anchored in the case.

Other Comments: Sewell Note: The drive is anchored by two provided screws directly to the case.
