  • I have an ide drive from another pc that i'd like to use but do the existing files have to be deleted or is there another product that will allow me to transfer the files?
    • You do not have to erase the existing files on the HD before you can use it in this enclosure. You would just need to remove the drive from the other computer and install it in this enclosure. This will allow you to connect that drive to any USB computer and read the files that are already on there.
