Pros: Size is great. Hardwire capabilites are great. Software is fabulous. Purchased to monitor teens driving habits - this device far exceeded my expectations. The software is exceptional.

Cons: Haven't found any problems yet with this device.

Other Comments: I'm very pleased so far. I'm glad I purchased this tracking device.
