Pros: Even though this is a bit pricey I decided to try it out for my small business (as a fail safe if our internet goes out in the office and for traveling). I plugged in my Sprint EV-DO card and didn't have to do any configuration at all - all of our laptops could connect to it immediately and start browsing the net.

Cons: None so far.
