Pros:

Cons: This item does NOT support 3D and is NOT HDMI v1.4 compliant as advertised, as there was no Audio Return Channel either. I was very disappointed.

Tech Support Response: We are sorry that you are having trouble with the splitter. These splitters (as do most splitters) build a composite EDID from the connected displays. That has limitations, especially when the supported features of both displays are not identical. (i.e. if only one TV supports 3D, the splitter will only show the 2D signal both screens can show) Audio return is especially difficult since both displays have the option of sendin the ARC signal, but only one could be processed at a time. Pros: Work very well. I have two already and another two on order. Both have worked perfectly so far. Come with power supply and status lights are handy.

Cons: Very light weight so flop around due to weight of the cables.

Other Comments: Overall very happy.

caseyf5 - HDMI Splitter

Pros: A powered HDMI splitter that takes 1 HDMI imput and sends it out to 2 outputs. The price is moderate especially with the quality of the HDMI splitter. Power supply included. No HDMI cables included which allows both a lower price and your choice of HDMI cables.

Cons: N/A

Other Comments: I purchased the splitter with HDMI cables from Sewell (high speed with ethernet) in both 3 foot and 6 foot lengths.

Pros: Appeared to be a quality made product; however, the first one we received did not work. I contacted Customer Service, which were very helpful and they sent out a replacement splitter which works great.

Cons: First one received did not work.

Pros: Easy to install.

Cons:

Other Comments: I had the 1.3 version of the splitter which worked fine but could not view 3D content. So purchased the 1.4 splitter and everything look great initially. Then I tuned to the premium (500+) channels on my Directv HR20 DVR and got HDCP copyright message which said HDMI cable was not compatible and use component cables instead. Well I watch much more premium channel content then 3D content so had to send it back. Customer service was great and when I explained my issue an RMA was issued no questions asked.
