Pros: Worked well with my 2003 model dell 1500 and my HP designJet 430. Its easy to setup and caused no problems at all. This is a much better alternative than using a usb to parallel cable for these old printers.

Cons: It sticks out of the side of my laptop a bit more than i like so i can't leave it in when i put the laptop in a carry case.
