  • I am interested in the powerline ethernet bridge sw-4578. I notice there is one unit. Will that one unit allow me to connect or will I need two?
    • Yes, you will need two of these items, a sender and a receiver, in order for it to function properly.

  • What I want to do is transmit audio and video from my living room cable box to an outside patio tv using you audio/video baluns. I was wondering if I could connect these ethernet bridges in each location and connect the baluns to these with cable and be able to tranfer video and audio from inside to out? Thanks, Mike
    • These bridges are designed to send an Ethernet signal. AV baluns typically will only work with a direct wired connection. While both signals can use the same cable, the signals are different and cannot usually be interchanged.

    • Yes, this should work for you. they will support 220 Vpower (although they use the standard US plug type) and should work throuout your vessel.
