Pros: Very quick and attentive service

Cons: The 3 bulbs we received were all defective (they burned out immediately after placing them in the socket)

Other Comments: Sewell Note: Some bulbs were incorrectly shelved with the wrong voltage rating (which caused them to burn out). The problem has been fixed and the customer was refunded

Pros: easy installation, very little to no heat output

Cons: light has a harsh bluish tinge

Other Comments: may need to filter the light to make color less harsh, further decreasing light output.
