Super Joy Box Pro PS/PS2 Controller Adapter for Windows Reviews - PC037

Pros: Installation was fast and simple. Everything worked perfectly right away. The PS controller is SO much more precise than the Logitech gamepad that I was using. This is definitely worth the modest investment. BTW, Sewell got this to me VERY quickly (ordered it on a weekend, received it on Wednesday.)

Cons: The driver was on a floppy (?), but is available online, so this really wasn't a problem.

Other Comments: I was leery of this product because I had read of others having problems with similar products. I can't speak for others, but I had absolutely no problems with this adapter.

Pros: This adapter is your best bet for the purpose it serves. I'm running Windows XP Pro x64, and the driver installed without a hitch. The Mayflash website even contained Vista drivers. Most importantly, it's lag free; I've tested it thoroughly with a program that measures response time, and even to the hundredth of a millisecond, there is no lag whatsoever. Solid converter!

Cons: Not really a con, but speculation: the controller I use contains an official Sony PCB from a PS1 pad; all official PCB's should operate seamlessly through the adapter, however, I cannot back third party PCB's. Search around for accounts within those conditions. My guess is that they should work fine; I'd research it a bit to be safe! Again, purely speculation.
