Pros: Very easy to install taking almost no time at all and to date it is working great!

Cons: I've got none.

Pros: Plug in simple the standard xp drivers fired right up and was immediately available after a reboot

Cons: all my pcmcia cards must be used upside down. just a cosmetic trifle.

Other Comments: All in all the purchase was excellent and I now have the capabilities I was after. Thanks A Bunch I'm a happy customer.
