Pros: Easy installation of hardware for most. My aircard was readily recognized by the XP operating system.

Cons: My aircard was recognized by the OS but not an updated VZAccess Manager software. Several different scenerios were tried until a working, usable internet was obtained. This was done by trial and error as that my hardware/software combination was either unique or just me. The same aircard and access software works great with any laptop PCMCIA slots I've tried, however there are apparently substantial obstables to overcome if this combination

Other Comments: Computer novices would probably be at a loss upon installation and usage with the aircard software. Even with an experienced problem techie a novice would probably have returned this device using this aircard/access software combination. However an expert would have probably solved it in minutes versus the hours it took me :~I I even considered becoming a mac user again (ages ago) after a dozen or so reboots into this installation but I don't just want to throw away my older PC's and buy a new one - this is macintoshes technical support answer for everything -"don't bother to update just throw it away and buy a cheap new $2500 mac". Sorry mac users but I can't afford to go back to mac and I don't like Apples superiorty complex. Maybe I should try Linux but I would hate the learning curve involved there.
