 | We also recommend the new Sewell PC to TV Converter (SW-23000). It features a similar chipset, but all of the cables you need to handle audio as well. |
Note: We strongly recommend you consider the SW-22050 (without audio) or SW-23000 (includes audio) - they have more advanced chipsets (resulting in higher-quality video) and are both offered at a lower price point.
Easily connect the VGA port on your desktop, laptop, gaming console, etc., to your TV with this one-piece PC to TV converter.
The PC to TV converter does not require software. Simply connect your VGA source to the converter using the included VGA cable. The computer to TV converter translates the VGA signal to be able to play on your television. You can connect it to your TV via S-video or composite video (with the RCA connector). The converter is powered via USB, so there is no external power adapter to carry around making this converter very portable for use with a laptop.
You also get an additional VGA-out port so you can still use your existing monitor in addition to your secondary video source. The PC to TV converter simply mirrors your computer's current video signal for output on an additional display, such as a TV, VCR (to record a new high score perhaps?), or any other video display with an S-Video or RCA input.
This computer to TV converter does not include audio. If you need to go to the 1/8-inch sound connector on your sound card to Audio RCA, check out the handy 1/8 inch to RCA Audio cable.
For longer distance conversion, try the Wireless VGA to TV converter. Do you have a High Definition TV (HDTV)? Then you'll want to use a High Definition signal with it. For a great solution, check out the PC to HDTV Converter. If your TV has an HDMI port try our popular VGA to HDMI adapter.
