  • Does this adapter adhere to VESA v1.1a standards? If so, for those Apple computers that supply audio (the list is at the link below), the audio should work according to Apple at the following link: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3065
    • Unfortunately this adapter does not support the audio. We tested it with a MacBook Pro that supports audio through the Mini Displayport and this did not work. However, we have a unit that from everything we can see on our website as well as the manufacturers that is will support audio as long as your computer is new enough.
