The Lenovo ThinkPad Dock II is a base station for your mobile office. With a PCI slot, cardbus slot, numerous USB, and other I/O ports and an expandable drive bay your ThinkPad will function like a mobile desktop.

Command Center:
With all the functionality added by the ThinkPad Dock II, your office will feel more like the command center it should be. The dock has a plethora of I/O ports, supporting USB, serial, parallel, and networking ports. This is common to most notebook docks but this dock adds a half-length PCI slot, Cardbus, and a modular drive bay to set itself apart.

With a modular drive bay you can add hot plug DVD, DVD-R, DVD-RW, CD-RW, hard drives, and more in seconds. Secondary drives can act as backup drives for your important data for used for extra storage.
