  1. I have a Option GT MAX(Qualcom 3G CDMA) PCMCIA card and use cingular/AT&T as my provider on a 2G network is my card compatible with this unit?
    • Kyocera doesn't currently show support for any of the Option PCMCIA cards, unfortunately.

  2. I just want to make sure I understand that correctly - with this router I can put a 3G card in (from Sprint) and connect it to my office's broadband (DSL) so when one of my services goes out the other one will handle the load? If so how do I connect this router to my DSL line?
    • Yes, you can use this router as a fail-safe for your internet connection. In essence the card will allow you to aggregate your broadband sources (only one ethernet source and one 3G card) and provide redundancy in the case that one of them goes out. That is one of the most popular uses of this card. In order to do this you simply plug the ethernet cable that you would plug into your computer into the router and put the 3G card in - connect to the wireless network created and you're good to go.

  5. Allright, just plug in your Sprint or AT&T wireless card into this router and use the wireless Internet in a small home network? Maybe for a PC and a Gaming console?
    • Yes, this would work for you. (Although the bandwidth offered through mobile providors can have limited compatibilty with internet gaming. You might want to contact your cell phone provider for compatibility with specific consoles and games)
