Manufacturer Part #: 312356
Wire buildings with Cat6 and be ready for gigabit ethernet and fast networking. Cat6 uses shielding on each twisted pair to reduce crosstalk.
Cat 6:
Cat6 is superior to Cat5 because it uses shielding on each twisted pair to reduce interference. The cable is, however, UTP; in that there is no shielding around the entire cable. This subtle difference lets Cat6 go farther and faster than Cat5 or Cat5e.
Networking your way:
This is by far the cheapest way to buy Cat6 cable. Pre-terminated cables cost up to 10 times as much per foot. Wire your networking room or building without any cable waste and less mess by terminating your own cable.
