Description

DVI cables are expensive and bulky. Junk the cables and extend the reach of your DVI signal via inexpensive shielded Cat5 (or Cat6 for 1080p) cabling. Take your DVI signal up to 150 feet with minimal quality loss. The DVI balun sets up in just minutes and does not require extensive instructions or complicated diagrams.

The balun features a DVI-I connector on either end:

The other side of the balun has 2 RJ45 jacks (standard network plug size) for one shielded and one unshielded run of Cat5. The balun is HDCP compatible. However, you must verify your source and destination devices support (or don't support) HDCP encryption.
