Convert Gigabit Ethernet to long range single or multimode fiber over SC or Bi-Directional connections.

While copper networks are prevalent, they can only go so far. For distances over 100 meters, it's time to switch to fiber. The CS-1000 will take your copper connection and send it up 10 KM over fiber.

Bi-directional SC allows auto-negotiation of signals so that you won't have to worry about ordering your cables correctly. Each side of the SC connection has the ability to transmit and receive and will automatically set the Tx/Rx mode accordingly.

While this converter is unmanaged, there are eight diagnostic LEDs to help easily identify any problems and assure proper installation. Because of the small size of these units, finding a spot for installation should be a lot easier than with similar converters of larger size.
