Pros: Worked 1st time!with my USB WIFI AP at 125' in the air! Very stable units

Cons: Temperature range(not bellow 0c) could be an issue even if my box is well isolated, we'll see this winter.

Pros: It works and does give reliable USB 2.0 speeds. Works great with Gefens four port USB hubs

Cons: Gefen Power supplies are a pain in terms of form factor. Make sure you plug in the devices in the order specified to get it set up and working.
