Pros: it's working very good ,fast and easy installation. Iam very happy

Cons: But the price is high for a so small part if you compare to the one who does the analog to coaxial.

Other Comments: why do i have to put high level my ampli to get a normal sound?

Bill - How to hook a new TV to your old stereo

Pros: Works fine for coax and optical, Dolby Digital and raw PCM Cheap and small Versatile power supply

Cons: None I've found

Other Comments: This does just what it advertises, converts Dolby Digital and raw PCM to stereo output. I do not yet know (not having hooked up rear speakers) if the stereo output contains ProLogic encoded rear channel information, but if it does that's a bonus.
