Pros: The unit is easy to install and sounds fantastic. It also includes an optical cable in the box.

Cons: The cost is about $20 more than I would have liked to pay.

Other Comments: Great unit it does what does smoothly.

Pros: Great product, sleek design, flawless performance. I thought it was an expensive solution to my problem, but now that I have it, it is worth every penny!

Cons: none

Other Comments: With the new HDTV's lack of analog out, this is the only way to enjoy headphones on large sets

Pros: Great and complete packaging. Everything including Velcro® is included! Build quality is excellent. Exactly what I needed to get optical audio out of a television into a device that only supports analog inputs. Plug and play. It just works.

Cons: Not really a con. The included optical cable is on the cheap side. You'll have to go third party if you want a cable with more robust construction. This is nitpicking as the unit is a great deal if the cable weren't included.
