  • How much RAM is inside this? What are the supported list of resolutions (does it support 1680x1050) like the other hi-res one you have?
    • These video cards do not work like normal video cards and cannot be compared directly by the amount of memory in it. Because it is USB it uses the computer's processor and memory to compress and process the video signal before sending it to the USB adapter. This item does support the 1680x1050 resolution.

  • I was using a startech USB -> VGA adapter that would only support 1440x900 at 32-bit colour. Since migrating to Vista it won't run the Aero interface. Will this card?

    • This device is not capable of performing any 3D acceleration and will not improve gaming performance.

  • Useing this product or not is there any way i can improve my graphics quality for gameing on my laptop?
    • Unfortunately, external video cards, like this one, are going to be slower at 3D acceleration for games than your built in video card. There are external devices that can do that, but they cost more than it would cost to purchase a new laptop that can play games. We do not carry any of these devices here. The only good way to have a laptop that can play games is to purchase one that comes with a decent video card built into it.

  • 1. If a HDTV has an RGB hookup for a computor-what is simplest way to put computor signal wireless onto tv. Not worried about playing tv signal. I have a 32 inch tv on the wall that I want to put my computor signal on without cable.
    • There is no way to do this without wiring something into your tv, but everything else can be wireless if you use the internetvue
