Gefen Small DVI Switcher Reviews - EXT-MINIDVI-241N

Pros: Generally works well as advertised. I use this to switch between PC and PS3 inputs to a Dell 2407WFP monitor and this switch does the job very well. This item was offered at a very good price compared to other merchants. Shipping was very fast and arrived quickly. Excellent service by Sewell and would definitely recommend to other potential customers.

Cons: The monitor will display occasional glitches after switching DVI inputs, but this is easily fixed by turning or powering the monitor off and on, and doesn't occur often enough to be a hassle. The price is a bit steep for those of you used to cheap composite input switches, but is necessary for preserving high resolutions like 1920x1200 or 1080p. LEDs on the switch tend to be a bit bright and can't be turned down, but this is a very minor qualm.

Other Comments: Overall a good product. Gefen's products don't come cheap, but tend to be high quality. Sewell's prices and service were excellent.
