This down scaler will take any HDMI or DVI signal regardless of resolution and make it play on any composite or S-video set, fitting optimally to your display.

The scaler includes an HDMI input as well as both optical and analog audio inputs (if you want to use a DVI signal with an adapter and include audio), and composite outputs in the form of both RCA and S-Video, with analog or digital audio as well.

There are controls built-in for changing video settings via onscreen display. This works properly with both NTSC and PAL video standards.
