Gefen's ethernet over powerline allows you to run ethernet over the power wires that are already installed in your building. This comes in very handy in situations where you can't (or don't want to) install ethernet cable and where you want a distance range greater than a wireless router could give you.
How To Use This
Simply connect the sender unit to your network and to a power outlet. The ethernet signal can run on up to 200 feet of electrical wiring in your wall. Connect the receiver unit to another outlet that's on the same circuit, and you will be enjoying up to 200 mbps data rates.
This bridge set passes 10/100BASE-T Ethernet network protocols. The receiver unit includes four ethernet ports for multiple devices.
