Gefen's Dual Link DVI KVM Switch allows you to control 8 computers from a single workstation, running DVI at either Single Link or Dual Link resolutions; that's up to 3840 x 2400.
Gefen understands your need to control many computers from a single location. Gefen also understands your need for vast amounts of desktop real estate. Thus, Gefen created the 8x1 DVI Dual link KVM switch.
The unit features 8 DVI dual link in-ports and 1 DVI dual link out-port, 8 USB Type-B ports for the computers you will be controlling (each computer only requires one USB port each for keyboard/mouse control), and two USB Type-A ports for your console's keyboard and mouse, and mini-stereo audio ports. An RS-232 port is also available for wired remote switching.
Besides using the optional RS-232 serial port to switch, you can also use the built-in button to select the computer you want to control, or the included wireless remote.
