What's New With HDMI 1.3
It supports output of Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio for external decoding by AV receivers. Those are audio codec formats used on HD DVD and Blu-ray discs. It also supports audio/video sync capability.
HDMI 1.3 has increased the single link video signal's bandwidth to 340 MHz (10.2 Gbit/s), and increased the amounts of colors by optionally supporting 30-bit, 36-bit, and 48-bit.
Use
It is as simple as plugging in all of your displays or receivers into the switch with the included three 6-foot HDMI cables and connecting your HDMI source to the input port. An infrared remote is included for convenient switching.
