Pros: Nice looking unit and good product manual. Tech support at Gefen was timely and direct and helpful. All additional advertised parts were included and easy to assemble.

Cons: It didn't work with my system, though I found a cheaper alternative that did. Something about HDMI in a system with equipment from multiple, differing manufacturers is troublesome and I had to go through 4 units from different manufacturers before I found the one that worked with what I had, so I don't fault Gefen for this as other units also failed.

Other Comments: Sewell Direct refunded my money quickly after a seamless return and offered to research my problem for alternatives, so I would recommend Sewell Direct, even if this particular product proved to be inadequate to my needs.
