In tech speak, the switcher is designed to easily switch between cross-platform extended desktop dual link DVI computers using only two dual link DVI displays and a USB 2.0 mouse and keyboard.
How it Works
Just connect your USB 2.0 keyboard/mouse and dual link DVI displays to the switcher outputs. Then connect the dual link DVI and USB ports from your computer to the switcher inputs using the included cables and - Voila! Now you can switch seamlessly between Macintosh or PC keyboard/video/mouse combinations using the supplied IR remote.
Why it Works so Well
Using all 24 pins of the DVI connector, dual link DVI achieves ultra-high video resolutions up to 3840 x 2400. USB 2.0 is the next generation of USB, significantly faster than its predecessors.
