Split a single
HDMI signal and send it to either 4 remote locations over Cat5, and/or to 5 local locations over standard HDMI cable.
The Gefen 1:5 HDMI Distribution Amplifier is completely HDCP compliant on every port. Using two Cat5 cables for each remote location, you can send HDMI up to 150 feet to achieve 1080p, or 300 feet to achieve as high as 1080i. Using the standard HDMI ports with standard HDMI cables you are limited to about 16 feet. This splitter will simultaneously mirror your HDMI signal on all displays.
Attach all of your displays and your source to the switch. You'll have to cycle through all of your equipment to repower them on so that each display makes a successful handshake with your source.
