Want to operate your computer up to 330ft away? The Gefen CAT5-1500 allows you to extend an analog VGA connection along with USB and audio. Gefen provides different ways of extending video. The CAT5-1500 uses 2 CAT-5e cables to allow greater flexibility and channel the video on its own cable providing more refined video and longer range.
The CAT5-1500 works with all standard USB, VGA, and audio connections.
Ease of Installation
Gefen makes hooking up any accessory simple and easy. To connect the CAT5-1500, take the Sending box and connect the VGA, USB, and Audio cables (included) up to it from the computer. Then connect the desired length of CAT-5e cables (sold separately), to the receiving box along with the appropriate VGA, USB, and Audio devices. Both sending and receiving boxes need to be supplied with power. When everything is connected, it extends your monitor, USB devices and Audio up to the length of your CAT-5e cables.
