FibroLAN provides their own diagnostic tools. The Link Segmentation Test (LST) allows the user to work with link segmentation to help eliminate fault propagation common to GBE F/O links. FibroLAN also uses a unique management system called MA (Micro Agent). This on chip management tool allows for remote access without an SNMP agent or IP address. SNMP management is also offered.
From FibroLAN's GSM1000 series, the SX/LX to LX Fiber Converter/Extender also employs an Extended Temperature Range for use in temperature difficult areas.
