Pros: worked on my Macbook pro seamlessly. it was almost too easy. i was a bit worried because there is a newer version out and there was no mac software. key was sys prefs displays and choosing the larger display.

Cons: with some applications when i put the mac to sleep the dual screen is mirrored and I have to start my machine again to recognize the dual screen; doesn't recognize the largest display setting.

Other Comments: saved about 100!

CaptFun - Great CGA Split Screen

Pros: It does split the image onto two monitors

Cons: The best resolution we could achieve was effectively 800x600 on each monitor, which on a 22 inch screen is horrible. We were testing on a high end IBM (Lenovo) laptop with a quality graphics card. Matrox support was also less than helpful although they did try at first. Needless to say this was not rolled out to Engineering.

Pros:

Cons: The Acer Monitor will not recognize it. I've been too busy and one the road to call and address the matter.

Other Comments: I have a MacBook Pro..... There were no instructions for Macs........ but yet it claims that it works with Mac..??? Sewell Note: Matrox has a frequently asked quesitons section for the DuelHead2Go http://www.matrox.com/graphics/en/gxm/products/dh2go/faq.php#Mac If you do need further support you can contact technical support at 1-800-709-1345 option 1
