  • Hello. Iam running a desktop with windows vista 64bit Home premium OS with the Windows AERO function, will this device or the software that comes with it support this system?
    • This item does work with Windows Vista 64-bit and does support the Aero interface as long as your video card will support Aero at very high resolutions.

  • Can I use monitor/resolution 1920x1200 with DualHead2Go, if my videocard (external monitor connection in laptop) can give only 1600x1200?
    • The DualHead2Go is built to let you run 2 monitors from a single video port on your computer. For it to work at 1920x1200 for each monitor your video card would have to support running a resolution of 3840x1200.

  • What adapter do I need to use the Digital dualhead2go with a new Macbook Pro 2.5ghz laptop?
    • You would need to adapt the video output to the 15 pin VGA connection that is used on this adapter. If your macbook has a standard DVI port it would just be a DVI male to VGA female adapter. If your macbook as the mini-DVI, you'd need a mini-DVI to VGA female adapter.

  • Could you use this to run a triple display with the iMac as the desktop?
    • If you have a VGA out on the iMac (which I believe you do) then this should work. Keep in mind, though, that this is basically just stretching your monitor so the quality might be lacking. If you want to add two additional displays with extremely high quality, the Gefen USB to DVI might be a good solution - you would need to add two of them to your system (one per monitor), but since they have dedicated hardware resources the quality would be much better.
