The EtherMidi interface from Dmexx provides 4 MIDI in/outs that can be accessed from any computer on a local area network. You can hook up the EtherMidi to any computer or directly to a Dmatrixx Core via Ethernet.
This MIDI interface ships with an expandable XP driver. Each new unit that shows up on the network will be enabled by the driver, giving you access to 4 MIDI in/outs for every unit on the network. Multiple computers can access different channels from connected units.
The EtherMidi gives you the ability to communicate over long distances with multiple MIDI devices over a single cable. Wireless LAN notebook users will appreciate the ability to work with their MIDI devices without having to be tied to them.
