PC to TV Converter, VGA to Composite (RCA) with VGA Loop-Thru, Black Reviews - TV-PC79

Pros: Relatively inexpensive compared to others I have been looking at. It works as expected to display movies played on my laptop to the TV. It cannot be used to display a computer screen on the TV. You can see it, but the resolution is not good enough to read. It is designed for movies or video.

Cons: It took awhile to get the settings correct. There isn't any type of manual, just set-up instructions. I had to adjust the settings quite a bit for the display to show up properly on my TV.

Other Comments: I could not get the display to look good at all. I was just about to give up and decided to change the resolution on my laptop. Once I set my laptop to 1280x768 it displayed properly on my TV. Also, the dip switches on the device had to be set to NTSC (it was set to PAL out of the box) The audio from the laptop has to be handled separately. I was able to connect the laptop headphone jack to a mp3 input on my home theater system and it sounds great.

Pros: This is a great little box! It does everything that it's advertised to do. It was easy to set up. Picture quality is acceptable. I highly recommend it.

Cons: Like everyone else, I found that you simply cannot read any small print on the CRT screen, but you can't have everything.

Pros: Great resolution, Definitly the best chipset on the market! Easy to hook up. Very reasonably priced! Fast Shipping! All in all 10 out of 10!

Cons: Very Small, could be a little bit heftier... Buts thats a pro also! Great product! No cons!

Other Comments: This is the 11th Pc to Tv box i've tried, and i'm sticking with this one! Its super easy to set up, all plug and play! And the resolution is amazing!

Pros: Works like a charm right out of the box.

Cons: None I can see.

Other Comments: I was told I could not get an analog video signal out of a new MacBook Pro... Wrong!! This device provided a good S-video signal to my TV without any problems right out of the box - the only other part I needed was Apple's MiniDisplay Port to VGA adapter.
