With the feedback we've received on this product we have decided to completely change the construction of the jacket and pull box. We've tested it ourselves, pulling the cable while running accross our warehouse like crazy and we've experienced zero debilitating snags or tangles. The jacket is also now much thicker and stronger. We hope you'll try it yourselves!
