Cons: I GOT AN EMAIL FROM LOGAN CHUN STATING THE ADDRESS I PROVIDED WAS INCORRECT. I CALLED AND EMAILED HIM THE NEXT MORNING WITHOUT A RESPONSE. I CALLED USPS DIRECTLY TO CLARIFY THE ADDRESS. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REPORT THE CORRECTION AND RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM SEWELL DIRECT.

Pros: Great price. Couldn't find a better deal and shipping was reasonable and quick.

Cons: On long pulls I did experience several cable jams inside the boxes.

Pros: Worked great with no snags while pulling

Cons: Copper wire seemed to break multiple times while punching down, and I mean it broke on the side that wasn't being cut. I have never experienced this before with any cable, so I tend to think that you get what you pay for. But, considering the price I will continue to purchase this cable.

Other Comments: The problems that I experienced are not enough to prevent me from purchasing from Sewell again.

Pros: Great Product for the Price - easily pull from the carton - braided strands are easily manipulated and marked well

Cons: look for another product if using for CCTV applications that use baluns that must be connected with individual strands, as they break easily - all other applications using RJ-45 connections will have no problems.
