Pros: quite beautiful in low light, changes colors before your very eyes, with colors melting into each other during the transition. We use it for an efficient and amusing night light. Very energy efficient, just a few watts, and supposedly lasts 60000 hours. That's about 6.849 years my friends.

Cons: It would be nice if the changes happened a little slower. The blue light is the prettiest yet it's moment on stage is very fleeting. because it is LEDs, the light is somewhat subtle and directional. The base is bulky and thus will not fit in all standard fixtures.

Other Comments: Not sure it would be the star of your party, but buy it because it is pretty and efficient
